Shane Warren enters his second year as the assistant coach for Tulane women's golf in 2024 after joining the staff in August of 2023.
Warren joins Tulane with a wealth of golf knowledge as well as years of tournament coaching and recruiting experience. Previously, he has served at LSU as the assistant men’s golf coach and assistant women’s golf coach under Hall of Fame coach Karen Bahnsen. Prior to LSU, Warren was the assistant women’s golf coach at The University of Alabama.
Before entering the college coaching world, Warren spent five years serving as a golf professional and instructor at various clubs around Florida and Alabama.Â
A native of Tuscaloosa, Ala. Warren graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Sports and Fitness Management. He has a wife, Elise, and a daughter named Ellagrace.
