Justin Moser joined the Green Wave as its diving coach in the spring of 2023.
In 2024-25, he aided three Tulane divers qualify for NCAA Zone D Diving Championships. The program also had three that were AAC medalists in the team diving competition. The diving team totaled 11 top 10 school marks on the season. He was also part of the 2025 AAC Coaching Staff of the Year staff along with Head Coach Amanda Campbell and Assistant Coach Canaan Campbell.
In 2023-24, he helped Tulane qualify a diver for the NCAA Zone D Diving Championships plus record three top 10 school marks.

Prior to Tulane he worked for three seasons as the Men's and Women's Diving coach at Niagara University, one that saw the Purple Eagles capture the 2022 Women's Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship. He also coached one of his divers to break two program records.

Moser spent the 2019-20 season as the diving coach for the Buffalo State men's and women's diving programs. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, he also assisted with recruiting and program development. Â
Moser served as the head varsity diving coach for the North Tonawanda City School District from 2016-20, coaching both the girls' and boys' teams.
Moser has also worked as a lifeguard, lifeguard supervisor and aquatics coordinator with Town of Tonawanda Youth, Parks and Recreation. In addition to teaching swimming lessons and training lifeguards, he helped maintain and operate the pool, managed a large staff and helped assist the aquatics director with operations.
During the summers of 2018 and 2019, Moser was a resident director and coach at RipFest Diving Camp, where he studied under John Wingfield. He was able to coach divers from all over the world, as well as ensuring other camp staff were performing their jobs correctly and efficiently.
Moser was a member of the diving team at Buffalo State from 2016-19 and was a two-time NCAA qualifier. He graduated in 2019 with a degree in business administration with a concentration in management and a minor in coaching.
