Achieving her highest ranking by the ITF as No. 273 in World Junior Tennis rankings in September 2023, Fantini boasted a 71% win rate with 27 wins and 11 losses overall ... She also collected two title wins in 2023 as she was crowned champion of the J100 Tampico and J30 Monterrey.
