Elizabeth Perkerson joined Green Wave Athletics in March of 2024 as the Associate Director of Facilities and Event Management. She was promoted to the Director of Facilities and Event Management in the summer of 2025.
In her current role, Perkerson serves as a lead game/event and facility manager for Tulane Football and Yulman Stadium. Additionally, Perkerson serves as the game/event manager for Tulane Beach Volleyball and oversees all athletic facility scheduling for the university.
Prior to moving Uptown, Perkerson served as an Assistant Director of Event and Facility Operations for Wake Forest University Athletics. During her nearly three years in Winston-Salem, Perkerson served as the lead point-of-contact for Demon Deacon Women’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Golf, Men’s and Women’s Tennis, Field Hockey, and Volleyball event and facility operations. Perkerson also assisted with Demon Deacon Football gameday event operations and helped execute numerous NCAA postseason championships and special events hosted by Wake Forest.
Perkerson earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Sport Management from LSU, where she served as an LSU Athletics Game/Event Management intern for one year.
Perkerson, an Atlanta, Georgia native, resides in Uptown New Orleans.
