
Tulane Volleyball Drops Match To Cincinnati, 3-0

NEW ORLEANS -- The Tulane (10-7, 3-4 C-USA) volleyball team dropped its second straight match of the weekend to Cincinnati (15-4, 7-0 C-USA) 3-0 on Sunday. The game scores were 15-10, 15-9, 15-9.
The Bearcats remain undefeated in Conference USA play with the win over the Wave.
Leading Tulane in kills was senior Kim Sentmore who put down 16. She recorded 10 digs and four block assists. Freshman Kim Swafford notched 10 kills and a match high six blocks. Junior Erin Dobyanski led the Wave in digs with 14 and freshman Lauren Jones-McClain recorded 11. Senior Ashley Reese also posted 11 digs.
Cincinnati's Shauntel Miller posted a match high 18 kills while teammate Trish Ladusaw had a match high 24 digs.
Tulane continues its home-stand with two more matches this weekend. Conference USA opponents Charlotte visits Fogelman Arena on Friday, Oct. 13 and Saint Louis takes on the Wave Saturday, Oct. 14. Both matches begin at 7 p.m.
