Fans Invited to Football Team Send-Off

NEW ORLEANS - Tulane fans are invited to give the Green Wave a rousing send-off to Hawai'i as the team boards buses for the airport and heads to the ConAgra Foods Hawai'i Bowl on Thursday, Dec. 19. The Wave is scheduled to depart from the Wilson Center between 11-11:15 p.m. and fans are encouraged to dress in their favorite Hawaiian shirt in honor of the occasion.
The team leaves for its first bowl trip since 1998 and will arrive in Honolulu at 6 a.m. local time. The Wilson Center will be open as players congregate and board the buses, and the Tulane Gift Shop will be open and taking orders for the commemorative ConAgra Foods Hawai'i Bowl tickets that are available with a $40 donation to the Tulane Athletics Fund.
