Tulane-Southeastern Louisiana Football Game Tickets On Sale

RUSTON, La. - Tickets for the Tulane-Southeastern Louisiana football game, scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 1 in LSU's Tiger Stadium, are now on sale through all Ticketmaster outlets in Louisiana and Mississippi.
With the Green Wave football team relocated to Ruston, La. and the campus of Louisiana Tech University for the fall semester, Tulane will play its second scheduled "home" game of 2005 in Baton Rouge. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. (Central).
Tickets for the Tulane-Southeastern Louisiana game are $30 for sideline general admission seats and $10 for end zone general admission, and will be sold via Ticketmaster at www.Ticketmaster.com, by calling 800-488-5252 or at Ticketmaster outlets in Louisiana and Mississippi. There will be no charge for parking.
Tulane football season ticket holders who have purchased their 2005 season tickets will be able to pick up tickets for the Southeastern Louisiana game in advance of the game at a location to be announced. All Tulane, LSU and Southeastern Louisiana students with a school ID will be admitted free.
Tulane opened the season with a 21-14 loss to Mississippi State at Independence Stadium in Shreveport, La. last weekend. Baton Rouge was selected as the site for the Wave's second game in large part due to the number of Green Wave fans and New Orleanians who have settled in the area after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina, which devastated the city on August 29th.
Tulane Athletics will receive all ticket proceeds for the game versus Southeastern Louisiana at Tiger Stadium. Tulane Homecoming activities originally scheduled for that weekend have been postponed.
