Dec. 11, 2006 New Orleans - The Tulane Athletic Department has a called a press conference regarding an announcement on the Green Wave football program for this Monday evening at 6:30 p.m. The press conference will take place in the Atrium at the James W. Wilson Jr., Center (Ben Weiner Drive) on the Tulane University campus.
