
Tulane to Host Hullaballoo Homecoming October 2

NEW ORLEANS - The Tulane athletic department will host the seventh annual Hullabaloo Homecoming on Thursday, October 2, at the James W. Wilson Center on the Tulane campus. Former Green Wave quarterback Shaun King will serve as honorary host for the event.
From 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the James Wilson Jr. Center on Ben Weiner Drive, the Wave will host The Patron Party guests will enjoy watching Tulane's newly relaunched women's tennis, women's golf and men's cross country programs. All coaches from every sport will be in attendance, with food and an auction for Green Wave memorabilia.
"The Hullaballoo Homecoming is the premier fundraising event to benefit our student-athletes," Assistant Athletic Director Betsy Laborde said. "It is always a first class event with a special and unique program that everyone can enjoy. We would encourage new faces and old friends alike to come out and meet our wonderful ambassadors for the Tulane Athletic Department."
King's 1998 Tulane football team will be inducted into the Tulane Athletics Hall of Fame on Friday, October 3, along with Pam Buff (women's golf), Perry Clark (men's basketball coach), John Olagues (baseball) and Patrick Ramsey (football) during halftime of the Green Wave's homecoming game against Army at Tad Gormley Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 4 at 2 p.m.
Following the Patron Party, there will be an Open Reception where guests can also enjoy food and entertainment while bidding on the auction items.
The cost of the Patron party is $125, and the Open Reception $50.
