MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Tulane baseball team has announced changes to the remainder of their weekend schedule at Memphis. The Green Wave will complete the contest that was started on Friday evening at FedEx Park on Saturday, April 24 at 5:00. The two teams will then play a pair of seven inning games starting at Noon on Sunday, April 25 to complete their three game series.
The schedule change occurs after heavy rains and lightning moved into the area in the early evening on Friday, April 23 and forced the two clubs to suspend the opening game in the top of the fourth inning. The Olive and Blue hold a 3-0 lead and will have a runner on first base and no one out when the game resumes on Saturday, April 24 at 5:00 p.m.
The series will then conclude with a pair of seven inning affairs on Sunday, April 25 starting at Noon.
