CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Hertz Practice Facility

NEW ORLEANS -- Construction of the Hertz Practice Facility, the future Tulane basketball/volleyball practice facility, has progressed with the laying the concrete slab and beginning of the building's frame.
An interactive webcam has been installed to view live progress of the construction.
The $13 million basketball and volleyball practice facility will feature a two-story building will have two regulation basketball/volleyball courts, a conditioning, training and hydrotherapy center, video and film room, offices and locker rooms for men's basketball, women's basketball and volleyball, and several conference rooms.
Construction on the 43,000 sq. ft. practice facility will began in November and will be completed during the fall of 2011. It is being designed by GouldEvans Associates, LC with Lee Ledbetter & Associates.
