1. Tulane Football Hosts UConn on Homecoming at Yulman Stadium on Saturday
It is Homecoming week at Tulane and the Green Wave would like nothing more than to reward its loyal fans with a victory. Tulane (2-6, 1-4 The American | West) returns home following a two-game road swing and will host UConn (4-5, 2-3 The American | East) in its annual homecoming game on Saturday, Nov. 7 at Yulman Stadium. Kick-off is slated for 3 p.m. CST/4 p.m. EST and the contest will air on ESPNews.
Saturday's game marks the second all-time meeting between Tulane and UConn and the Green Wave lead the series, 1-0. UConn is making its second consecutive visit to Yulman Stadium.

The Tulane Ticket Office is located on the first floor of the James W. Wilson, Jr. Center and is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on game day four hours prior to kick-off.

2. 2015 Tulane Athletics Hall of Fame inductions to take place on Friday night
Homecoming week is always a special time on the Tulane campus and this year is no different. In fact, this year could be one of the best experiences in recent memory. That's because Tulane University and Tulane Athletics will pay tribute to one of the bravest classes in school history.
Tulane will induct all 308 student-athletes from the 2005-06 "Katrina Class" into the Tulane Athletics Hall of Fame on Friday, Nov. 6 at 6 p.m. Festivities will take place on Benson Field in Yulman Stadium where each student-athlete will be awarded the "Billy Slatten Award," an award that recognizes individuals or groups who have made significant contributions to the advancement of Tulane Athletics.

3. 2015 Homecoming Week Festivities/Events
Homecoming at Tulane is a week filled with activities each day all over campus. Click here to check out the week's activities.
Along with the activities on campus, the Green Wave volleyball team will host a pair of matches on Friday at 7 p.m. vs. Temple and on Sunday at 1 p.m. against UConn. Both matches will take place at Avron B. Fogelman Arena in Devlin Fieldhouse.
On Sunday, the Tulane women's swimming & diving team will look to knock off
4. Green Wave Basketball teams host exhibitions games on Thursday
The Tulane men's and women's basketball teams will each make their season debuts this Thursday with a pair of exhibition games against next-door neighbor, Loyola, at Avron B. Fogelman Arena in Devlin Fieldhouse.
Both squads will kick-off their respective campaigns against the Wolf Pack in an exhibition

5. Student-Athlete Spotlight: Volleyball's Amy Lanski shows off her television skills with a feature on baseball's Stephen Alemais
Volleyball student-athlete Amy Lanski would like to enter the world of television when her Tulane career comes to a close. Lanski put her camera and interview skills to good use recently with an in-depth feature on baseball standout shortstop Stephen Alemais and his success with social media. Bowling
Tulane's bowling squad placed 18th in the highly-competitive FDU New Jersey Jamboree, hosted by Fairleigh Dickinson University, at the Brunswick Zone Carolier Lanes, this past weekend, marking the second tournament of the season for the Green Wave.
Tulane placed 18th overall out of the 26-team field, posting a team pin average of 185.6, which improved their overall season average to 182.84.
Cross Country
The Tulane University cross country team put forth a solid effort on Saturday as the men's team finished sixth and the women came in eighth at the 2015 American Athletic Conference Championship at Lake Kristi.
Sophomore Moses Aloiloi paced the Green Wave men with a lifetime-best time of 24:10.56 to come in 10th overall.
The Green Wave women tallied six lifetime-best performances at The American Championship, including a team-leading 21:14.84 by sophomore Emma Newton for a 17th-place finish.
Women's Golf
Tulane senior Emily Penttila shot an even-par 72 during her final round, giving her a 3-over 219 total for an 18th place finish, while the Green Wave combined for a 4-over 292 total, their best round of the tournament, for a 37-over 901 total and a 14th place finish at the Alamo Invitational in San Antonio, Texas.
Men's Tennis
Wrapping their third and final day at the Seahawk Invitational, the Tulane men's tennis foursome of Alex and Ian Van Cott, Eric
Both doubles partnerships of Alex/Wagner and Ian/Schick went 1-2 over the past three days. On Sunday, USC Upstate's Simonetti/Ewers bested Ian/Schick, 7-6, while Bennion/Garrido defeated Alex/Wagner, 6-1.
Over in singles play vs. Richmond, Schick earned the first Wave win on the day, downing Alexandre Felisa, 6-2, 6-3. Schick now moves to 8-4 on the year. Ian Van Cott also got in the win column when the senior defeated Brice Polender, 6-2, 4-6, 6-3.
Women's Tennis
On the final day of Tulane women's tennis' fall campaign, the Green Wave concluded on a strong note, posting several victories Saturday at the Roberta Alison Classic. The day was highlighted by the tandem of Naz Karagoz and Elena Muller capturing the doubles title of the Mary Anne Macfarlane Draw.
However, they were not the lone doubles pairing to shine this weekend, as the tandem of Meredith Maltby and Sofia Kurtz also went 3-0. This afternoon, Maltby/Kurtz defeated Kennesaw State's Bueno/Castro, 6-0, and UAB's Dodds/Lynch, 7-5.
