• A record seven Tulane sports programs earned Public Recognition from the NCAA for placing in the top 10 percent in their sports in the latest multi-year Academic Progress Rates (APR) scores for the 2013-14 season. The "magnificent" seven Green Wave sports feature four from the women's side, including basketball, bowling, swimming and diving and volleyball, while the three men's sports are cross country,
• Tulane University student-athletes once again received national acclaim for their efforts in the classroom, as 13 of the Green Wave's 16 varsity sports programs scored well above their national averages for the 2013-14 season according to the latest multi-year Academic Performance Rates (APR).
• Tulane student-athletes once again proved why they are one of the top groups in the country when it comes to performance in the classroom, as the Green Wave sports programs rank 12th in the nation for overall Graduation Success Rate (GSR) in all sports among the 128 FBS (Football Bowl Subdivision) schools, according to the latest data released from the NCAA.
• Three Green Wave teams advanced to NCAA Tournament play, including Women's Basketball, Women's Golf and Baseball, while four individuals represented Tulane in NCAA Tournament play, including Mia
• Tulane Athletics, in conjunction with the National Consortium for Academics and Sport (NCAS), held a Shut Out Trafficking Week across the Uptown Campus from Oct. 27-31, helping to raise awareness for one of the most horrific human rights violations existing in our world today.
• From the summer of 2014 to the end of spring 2015, Tulane student-athletes combined to perform 52 community service events totaling 1,794 hours.
• In its first season in the American Athletic Conference, six Green Wave sports combined for 69 live televised events during the 2014-15 campaign. The events were carried by a combination of the ESPN family networks, Fox Sports, CBS Sports Network, the American Digital Network, the SEC Network, the Pac-12 Network, the ACC Regional Sports Network, the Golf Channel and CST.
• Five student-athletes earned All-American honors, including Dominik Koepfer (men's tennis), Devon Breaux (men's outdoor track & field) and the football trio of Sherman Badie, Charles Jones

• Tulane's male and female athlete of the year were men's tennis' Dominik Koepfer and track & field's Lilla McMillan, while football's Brandon Schmidt and sand volleyball's Jackie Wegner took home the Scholar-Athlete of the Year awards.
• The American Athletic Conference also acknowledged a male and female scholar athlete of the year, honoring Swimming and Diving's Claire Schelske and Football's Brandon Schmidt. The duo of football's Carlos Wilson and women's basketball's Jamie Kaplan was honored with the Wilson Award.
• Tulane women's basketball standout Jamie Kaplan picked up a bevy of academic honors during her final campaign, including the prestigious Tulane 34 Award, the American Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award, was an Allstate WBCA Good Works Team nominee and was named a First-Team All-American for the Senior CLASS Award.
• The NCAA announced Kaplan as a candidate for its Woman of the Year award, which honors those female student-athletes who have distinguished themselves throughout their collegiate careers in academics, athletics, service and leadership. In all, 480 female student-athletes were nominated (207
• Football's Sam Scofield was tabbed to the CoSIDA Capital One Academic All-America Second Team for the second straight year, while Scofield and baseball's Hunter Williams were each named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team for the second consecutive season.
• Scofield was also recognized for his success in the classroom as well as on the gridiron with his selection to the 2015 NFF Hampshire Honor Society, the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF). The NFF Hampshire Honor Society is comprised of college football players from all divisions of play who each maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college career. A total of 817 players from a record 278 schools qualified for membership in the society's ninth year.
• For the second straight year, Tulane's Emily Penttila was named a 2014-15 All-American Scholar by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA).
• Tulane's Iain Sneddon and Sebastian Rey each received Scholar-Athlete status from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA).
• For the second consecutive season, Tulane's men's and women's cross country programs earned All-Academic team honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). The USTFCCCA also honored
• The Tulane women's swimming and diving team were again honored by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), after being named a Scholar All-America team. The squad was one of 172 Division-I women's programs honored for earning a Spring semester GPA of 3.0 or better and the team was also honored for its efforts in the classroom during the fall 2014 campaign by the CSCAA.
• For the second straight year, the Green Wave women's tennis team received the ITA Team Academic Award, posting a combined 3.42 GPA for the 2014-15 school year.
• A trio of Tulane student-athletes were drafted into the professional ranks, including the football duo of Lorenzo Doss (5th round; 164th overall) and Taurean Nixon (7th round; 251st overall) each by the Denver Broncos and baseball pitcher Ian Gibaut (11th round; 328th overall) was taken by the Tampa Bay Rays. • The Tulane women's basketball team posted a 22-11 overall record, capped by their first NCAA Tournament appearance in five years. This year also marked the program's ninth straight winning season and sixth straight season with 20+ wins.
• In its first season under the direction of head coach David Pierce, the Green Wave baseball team posted a 35-25 overall record, including a 13-11 mark in the American, which was good enough for third place, and Tulane returned to the NCAA Regional for the first time in seven years.
• The Tulane women's golf team advanced to NCAA Regional play for the seventh straight season and recorded a fifth-place finish to qualify for the NCAA Championships for the third consecutive year and the fifth time in the last seven years. The Green Wave posted a 16th-place finish.
• In their first season of competition in the American Athletic Conference, 21 Tulane student-athletes earned all-conference honors.
• A total of 35 Tulane student-athletes received American Athletic Conference Player/Athlete of the Week/Month, while eight student-athletes received All-Louisiana weekly honors.
Baseball
• Tulane wrapped up the regular season in third place in The American Athletic Conference standings with a league record of 13-11. The finish was the highest outright finish for Tulane since the 2009 season when the Green Wave finished third in the Conference USA standings with a 34-25 overall record and a league record of 13-11. Tulane tied for third place in 2012 with a 38-20 overall record and a C-USA record of 14-10.
• Tulane's sophomore backstop Jake Rogers laid claim to the regular-season national title in two categories: runners caught stealing and caught stealing percentage. The Canyon, Texas native gunned down 33 of a potential 57 (.579) base stealers on the year, breaking his own single-season school record while leading all of Division I.
• The Tulane duo of Richard Carthon and Stephen
• A three-hour, sixteen-minute rain delay may have interrupted Tulane baseball's NCAA Regional game against Lehigh on Saturday at Alex Box Stadium, but the offense was not fazed, as the Green Wave eliminated the Mountain Hawks, 15-3, behind 13 hits and masterful pitching performances from the arms of Corey Merrill and Tim Yandel.
• The American Baseball Championship broadcast all games on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday on The American Digital Network for free. When Tulane and East Carolina squared off against one another on Thursday, May 21, the game made history as over 10,000 people streamed the game through TheAmerican.org. No other live, streaming event had that many viewers in the conference's history.
• With a 4-0 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning, Tulane baseball scored six runs to enact the American Athletic Conference run rule on their way to a 10-0 win over No. 15 UCF on April 19 at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium, giving the Green Wave their first ever American Athletic Conference series victory.
• Following completion of the 2015 campaign, 23 current Green Wave players, in addition to two incoming junior college transfers, spent the summer competing in nine leagues across the nation.
• Corey Merrill was named to the College Sports Madness All-Second Team AAC.
• At the beginning of the season, Tulane baseball head coach David Pierce told his team that he had never missed an NCAA Regional in the then-14 years he had been involved in college baseball. He kept that streak alive on Monday, May 25, as Tulane was named to the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional, making it 15 straight years for Pierce in the postseason. The appearance is the first for the Green Wave since the 2008 season. It also marks the 20th postseason appearance for the Green Wave.
Men's Basketball
• Junior guard Louis Dabney was named to the 2015 American Athletic Conference second team and was selected to the (LSWA) All-Louisiana Men's College Basketball Third Team. Dabney was named to the American Weekly Honor Roll three times this season on Jan. 12, Jan. 19 and March 2.
• On Dec 5, 2014, Jay Hook's fifth and final three-pointer of the afternoon with 29 seconds remaining proved to be the difference in a 59-54 Tulane victory over Mississippi State inside Fogelman Arena in Devlin Fieldhouse.
• On Jan. 3, 2015, Tulane put to rest a 15-year dry spell without a win over Memphis in dramatic fashion, as the Green Wave chalked up a 74-66 victory over the Tigers on their home floor.
• It was a Valentine's Day to remember for Tulane fans. Jonathan Stark drilled a three-pointer at the buzzer to lead the Green Wave to a 50-49 triumph on the road at Cincinnati. The buzzer-beater went on to earn the No. 2 play on ESPN's SportCenter Top 10 Plays of the Day.
• Tulane played with a "road warrior" mentality, going 6-5 overall and 5-4 in league play on the road. Among Tulane's wins in American play was Jonathan Stark's buzzer-beater at Cincinnati, a dominating performance at Memphis and victories at USF,
• Tulane has been playing basketball since 1905-06, and over the last 105 seasons (Tulane did not have teams from 1985-89) no individual has played in more games for the Green Wave than senior Tre Drye with 130.
• The Green Wave posted a 9-3 non-conference mark that included an 8-1 mark at home.
• Tulane signed four New Orleans area players, including Melvin Frazier, Jernard Jarreau, Von Julien, Blake Paul, along with Kain Harris (Chicago, Ill.), Kipper Nichols (Lakewood, Ohio) and Taron Oliver (Rockville, Md.).
Women's Basketball
• The Wave began the year with a challenging non-conference slate that featured five opponents that made the 2015 NCAA Tournament. Tulane went 3-2 against those foes, defeating Miami, LSU and Arkansas-Little Rock, with the latter two coming on the road. One of Tulane's said losses was a 65-54 decision to a No. 7 Florida State team that ultimately reached the Elite Eight.
• The Olive and Blue got off to a hot 10-3 start to conference play before facing adversity down the stretch by dropping four of their final five contests. It's important to note though that two of the losses came against the 2015 National Champions No. 1 UConn. Tulane's 11-7 record in The American resulted in a tie for fifth place and a No. 6 seed in the conference tournament.
• The Green Wave, who entered the American Conference Championships a bubble team by definition, made an emphatic statement to the NCAA Tournament committee by reaching the semifinals.
• The NCAA validated the Wave's body of work with a No. 12 seed in the Spokane Regional. It marked their 11th overall trip to the Big Dance and first at-large bid since 2003.
• The 2014-15 season saw the emergence of freshman Kolby Morgan. The New Orleans native averaged 12.2 points per game, which ranked second amongst all freshmen in The American and 12th overall. Morgan tallied 20 games with double-digit points and led the squad in scoring 12 times. Furthermore, her 2.1 steals ranked second in The American and 113th in the country.
• As a result, Morgan was named to The American's All-Freshmen Team while also becoming the first freshman in school history to earn All-Conference honors (Third Team). In addition, Morgan was later named the Louisiana Sports Writers Association (LSWA) Louisiana Freshman of the Year.
• Meanwhile, Danielle Blagg also earned Third Team All-Conference and honorable mention All-Louisiana accolades after averaging the second most points on the squad with 9.4, along with 1.8 three's per game which ranked eighth in The American. Therefore, Blagg picked up her third straight all-conference honor, becoming just the fourth Green Wave student-athlete ever to do so.
• Head coach Lisa Stockton became the 32nd active NCAA Division-I women's basketball coach to achieve 500+ career victories.
• Tulane signed six newcomers for the 2015-16 campaign, including Taylor Emery (Tampa, Florida), Shakira Harding (Houma, La.), Lindsay Huber (New Albany, Ohio), Ksenija Madzarevic (Rabun Gap, Ga.) and Meredith Schulte (Braselton, Ga.), Tene Thompson (Powder Springs, Ga.) and Harlyn Wyatt (Atlanta, Ga.).
Beach Volleyball
• The 2015 sand season marked the best year to date in Tulane's short four year history with the program, as the Green Wave earned its third straight winning season. In a year in which they competed in 28 dual matches spanning five tournaments, the Olive and Blue compiled a program high 18-10 record and ranked 19th in the country according to the final DiG Poll.
• Tulane's top pair of Jackie Wegner and Tea Juric once again made program history and then some this spring. After a 19-15 campaign in 2014, the duo became the program's first 30 match winner, earning an impressive 30-11 record.
• In addition, Wegner and Juric not only became the first tandem to receive back-to-back bids to the AVCA National Championships, but also the first duo to reach the Round of 16 elimination bracket for the national pairs title. Furthermore, in a highlight from earlier in the season, Wegner/
• Thus, 2016 will see the Green Wave seek its first appearance at nationals as a team, in a season that marks the first year the sport is recognized as an NCAA championship event. With just Weaver graduating, Tulane will welcome back a strong veteran nucleus along with four incoming freshmen.
• Tulane signed four newcomers, including Anna Chin (Irvine, Calif.), Briana Correa (Fort Myers, Fla.), Claudia Lemieux (Manhattan Beach, Calif.) and Keala Rusher (Manhattan Beach, Calif.) for the 2016 campaign.
Bowling
• Tulane posted a 61-49 overall finish and competed in the inaugural Southland Conference Bowling League Championship.
• The Green Wave put together a solid effort throughout the season and achieved its first-ever national ranking at No. 20 on Dec. 9, 2014, and held on the ranking for two months.
• Freshman Michelle Ng earned all-tournament honors at the Allstate Sugar Bowl Collegiate Bowling Invitational.
• Michelle Ng rolled a school-record 289 in her first collegiate game.
• Junior Hannah Ryan earned all-tournament honors at the ASU Hornet Invitational.
• Tulane's bowling team claimed the ASU Hornet Invitational title.
• The bowling team signed Tiera Gulum (Schenectady, New York).
Men's/Women's Cross Country
• The future of Tulane's cross country program is promising, as three Tulane freshmen cross country student-athletes earned postseason accolades from the Louisiana Sports Writers Association, including freshman Moses
• Tulane men's and women's XC teams each won titles at the Mississippi College XC Opener on Aug. 30.
• Tulane's women captured the top 10 spots at the Mississippi College XC Opener.
• Women's XC placed second at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede on Sept. 27.
• Men's XC placed 14th and women's team placed 16th at the NCAA South Central Regional.

• Junior Mark Manion ran the fifth-fastest time in school history in the 4-mile on Sept. 27 at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede with a time of 19:59.2.

Football
• Tulane claimed its first victory in the American Athletic Conference with a 12-3 win at home over UConn, and then won its first American road game with a 31-24 triumph at Houston.
• The Green Wave played its first home game on campus in nearly 40 years when it hosted Georgia Tech at the new Yulman Stadium on Sept. 6. One week later, the Green Wave notched its first win in its new home with a 38-20 victory over Southeastern Louisiana.
• Tulane freshman running back Sherman Badie was named to Phil Steele's All-AAC Midseason Team (second), was selected College Football Performance Awards 2014 National Freshman Performer of the Year Trophy Watch List and received honorable mention American Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors on Sept. 1.
• Sean Donnelly played in the 2015 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl on Saturday, Jan. 17, in Carson, California.
• Junior cornerback Lorenzo Doss and junior defensive end Royce LaFrance were each named to Phil Steele's All-AAC Midseason first-team, while sophomore offensive guard Chris Taylor was named to the second team.
• The Tulane defensive trio of senior Sam Scofield and juniors Lorenzo Doss and Royce LaFrance were named to the 2014 All-Louisiana college football team, as announced by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association (LSWA).
• Freshman running back Dontrell Hilliard was named the College Sports Madness AAC Offensive Player of the Week on Nov. 9 and also garnered honorable mention American Athletic Conference Player of the Week accolades on Nov. 10.

• Redshirt-freshman quarterback Tanner Lee received honorable mention American Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors on Nov. 10.
• Sophomore linebacker Nico Marley was named the Louisiana Defensive Player of the Week and received honorable mention American Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors on Sept. 15.
• Junior safety Darion Monroe received honorable mention honors for the American Athletic Conference Player of the Week and for the College Football Performer Award Performer of the Week on Oct. 10.

Women's Golf
• The Tulane golfing duo of Gemma Dryburgh and Emily Penttila were each named to the 2015 LSWA Women's Golf first team while Green Wave head coach Lorne Don shared the state's top coaching honor.
• Dryburgh and Penttila were each named to the American Women's Golf First Team, and each golfer received American Golfer of the Week during the spring.
• Tulane completed the season ranked No. 27 nationally after posting a 16th-place effort in the national championships.
• Tulane junior Silvia Garces turned in an historic day for the Green Wave golf program as she fired a 1-under 71 during the final round of stroke play at the 2015 NCAA Championships and produced a school-record ninth place finish at the Concession Golf Club.
• Tulane junior Emily Penttila was selected as the American Women's Golf Player of the Month for October. For the month, she set a course record with a six-under 66 during the second round of the Windy City Collegiate Championships. Six of her nine rounds were par or better, which was the best effort on the team for the month. Penttila's six-under 66 was the second-lowest round in school history.
• Tulane claimed a share of the 2014 Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invitational, and recorded its 17th first place finish in school history, including the eighth since the program was re-launched in 2008-09, and the second under Don in as many seasons.
• Tulane head coach Lorne Don announced his first recruiting class at the helm of the Green Wave on Nov. 14 and the second-year coach signed a pair of standout golfers in Abbie Cantwell, one of the nation's top junior golfers in the class of 2015, and Sofia Goicoechea (Goy-

• The Tulane golf tandem of senior Gemma Dryburgh and junior Emily Penttila each participated and represented their respective home countries at the 2014 World Amateur Team Championships, Sept. 3-6, in Karuizawa, Japan.
• Emily Penttila qualified and represented Tulane in the 2014 U.S. Women's Open Championship and also participated in the European Ladies Team Championship in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Swimming & Diving
• Elizabeth Cook earned American Swimmer of the Week honors on Jan.
• Tulane junior Mia Schachter saved her best performance for her final race of the season as she chalked up a new school record in the 100 free prelims with a time of 49.49 for a 47th place finish on the final day of the 2015 NCAA Division I Women's Swimming & Diving Championships.
• In the first individual appearance by the Green Wave at the NCAA Championships since 2004, Schachter represented Tulane in the 50 free, the 100 free and the 100 breast stroke.
• For the second straight year, junior diver Lauren Arnold represented Tulane at the 2015 NCAA Zone D Championship and turned in
• In its first year of competing at the American Athletic Conference Championships, Tulane set eight school records and turned in a fourth-place finish.

• The Green Wave completed the fall portion of the 2014-15 season with a 1-4 dual meet record and second-place finishes in both the North Texas Relays and the Pearland Invitational.
• As a team, Tulane has posted top times in 22 individual events and three relays.
• Along the way, the Green Wave set seven school records: Mia Schachter in the 100 breaststroke (1:00.24), 50 freestyle (22.90) and 100 freestyle (49.85), Lauren Arnold in the one-meter springboard (293.02), Holly Grender in the 200 IM (2:03.99) and 400 IM (4:22.08), and Emma Lincoln in the 200 freestyle (1:50.21).
• During the fall schedule, members of the Tulane squad accounted for 23 Top 10 individual performances in school history and 38 Top 15 overall marks during individual competition and another 11 Top 15 showings in the relay events.
• Junior diver Lauren Arnold twice posted NCAA Zone Meet-qualifying scores in the one-meter springboard, including the school-record at TCU on Sept. 27.
• The team added the talents of incoming freshmen Natalie Clausen (Waukesha, Wisc.), Nina Gonzalez (El Paso, Texas), Caroline McCleary (McLean, Va.), Emily Ramier (Oakville, Ontario, Canada) and Shelly Zelnick (Troy, Ohio) during the NCAA Early Signing Period.
• During the late signing period, the Green Wave added Lena Hayakawa (Kamehameha, Hawai'i), Paris Zhang (Epping, New South Whales, Australia) and diver Anise Muir (Alexandria, Virginia) to its 2015-16 roster.
Men's Tennis
• The 2015 Tulane men's tennis season marked a career year for the program in the post-Katrina era. The Green Wave achieved a 16-7 record, a national ranking as high as 39th, and a perfect 10-0 mark at home, all feats that hadn't been accomplished in over a decade. Ultimately, the Wave finished the year ranked 41st and missed the NCAA Tournament field by the smallest of margins - a tenth of a point in national average.
• Tulane men's tennis was a big winner when the LSWA announced
• The Olive and Blue started the year by claiming nine of their first 10 matches, including victories over BYU, Miami,
• Selected as the No. 3 seed in the program's first-ever American Athletic Conference Tournament, the Green Wave opened quarterfinal play by cruising past No. 6 seed UCF, 4-0, marking their sixth and final shutout of the season. Next, a familiar foe in Tulsa awaited Tulane in the semis, and once again it came down to the final court, but this time the Golden Hurricane prevailed with the 4-3 clincher.
• Koepfer, who was not only an American All-Conference
• Koepfer's junior campaign, was his best yet in a Green Wave uniform, becoming the program's first ITA All-American in singles since Michael Kogan in 2004. In fact, Koepfer was just the 10th different player ever to achieve the national honor.
• Koepfer compiled a 28-7 overall record, a 16-3 record in dual play, and a 13-7 mark against ranked opposition. The ITA Southern Region Player to Watch (ranked first in the region) and Louisiana Player of the Year finished the season ranked 18th in the country in singles and 89th in doubles alongside partner Chi-Shan Jao.
• Koepfer advanced to the quarterfinals of the ITA All-American Main Draw, qualifying him for the USTA/ITA National Indoor Championships.
• Koepfer reached the semifinal round of the USTA/ITA National Indoor Championships.
• Koepfer was named the American Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Month for September.
• Koepfer became the first Green Wave men's tennis player to advance to at least the quarterfinal round of both the fall championships in the same season.
• Koepfer posted an 11-3 overall singles record in the fall with a 7-2 mark against ranked opponents.
• Men's tennis signed four-star recruit Eric Wagner of Roslyn Heights, N.Y., and a five-star recruit Tyler Schick (Short Hills, N.J.) to Nationals Letter-of-Intent.
Women's Tennis
• TennisRecruiting.net ranked Tulane women's tennis in the top-five among NCAA Division-I mid-majors for the second straight year, a class that features two five-star products in Elena Muller (Dallas, Texas) and Sofia Kurtz (Atlanta, Ga.).
• The Wave completed the year with a No. 62 ITA national ranking, the Green Wave compiled a 17-9 record, an improvement from a five-win season a year ago. With a 12-win differential, Tulane tied the College of William and Mary for the best turnaround out of all the schools ranked in the final top-75.
• The turnaround certainly didn't come easy to a squad that featured six newcomers, including four freshmen, for the Olive and Blue ultimately faced a rigorous 2015 schedule that was comprised of 12 ranked teams.
• The Wave flew out of the gates early earning back-to-back 4-3 wins on the road vs. Akron and No. 47 Penn State, both clinched by freshman Naz Karagoz, which resulted in her being named the first American Tennis Athlete of the Week honor. Tulane then turned that momentum into a 7-0 start to the season.
• After the slight bump in the road, the Green Wave responded with a 4-1 victory vs. No. 69 Yale, which led to the squad winning eight of their next nine. During that stretch, Tulane knocked off No. 59 New Mexico along with defeating conference foes Cincinnati, SMU and USF.
• In yet another demonstration of the Olive and Blue's turnaround, the American awarded Tulane with the No. 2 seed for the conference tournament in Tulsa, Oklahoma. There, Tulane swept Temple 4-0 in the quarterfinals before bowing out to Tulsa in the semis, thus ending their season.
• Karagoz was named an American All-Conference selection after going 10-7 in singles and 9-5 in doubles.

• Tulane track and field junior Devon Breaux earned All-American honors on Wednesday night at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships with a 19th-place finish in the long jump at Hayward Field, becoming the first Tulane men's track and field athlete in 14 seasons to be named an All-American.
• Tulane track and field freshman Jacqueline Esmay wrapped up her rookie season at the 2015 USATF Junior Outdoor National Championships at Hayward Field with a 15th-place finish in the hammer throw.

• The American Athletic Conference honored Tulane track and field athletes with weekly awards, as sophomore Taylor Potts and junior Devon Breaux were named Field Athletes of the Week on April 7. Junior sprinter Lilla McMillan picked up the award on March 31, Feb. 24, Jan. 13 and Dec. 16, and redshirt-sophomore Daliadiz Ortiz was honored on March 24.
• Tulane's indoor track and field team closed out their first season in The American Athletic Conference with a bang, as McMillan won the 200 meter dash championship at The American Indoor Track and Field Championships to help her squad finish sixth.

• Tulane University volleyball standout Sarah Ray was tabbed Louisiana Freshman of the year and sophomore Tea Juric claimed second-team All-Louisiana honors from the LSWA.
• Freshman Sarah Ray claimed all-tournament honors at the Texas A&M Invitational, sophomore Tea Juric did so at the UND Classic and senior Anna Wruck earned the distinction at the Allstate Sugar Bowl Collegiate Classic.
• Tulane added four newcomers for the 2015 season as head coach Sinisa Momic inked right-side hitter Aubrey Folk (Aztec, N.M.), setter Liz Hurring (Ocean Springs, Miss.), middle blocker Dayna Kern (Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada) and libero Lisa Mordell (Wheaton, Illinois) to National Letters-of-Intent.
