NEW ORLEANS – Tulane football head coach Willie Fritz met with the media for his weekly news conference Tuesday after practice as the Green Wave began their preparations for this week's Homecoming game against Cincinnati at 3 p.m. Saturday at Yulman Stadium.
Tulane (3-5, 1-3 American Athletic Conference | West) plays host to the Bearcats (2-6, 0-4 American Athletic Conference | East) at 3 p.m. Saturday at Yulman Stadium. The game will be broadcast on ESPN3, and the Tulane IMG Sport Network, which can be heard anywhere via TuneIn Radio, or in New Orleans on Sports 1280 AM, as well as SiriusXM Channel 203 this week. This game will occur nearly 108 years to the day of the first-ever meeting between the schools - a 6-0 Tulane win on Nov. 6, 1909 in New Orleans.
Wave '17 - Tulane's Homecoming, reunion and family weekend - takes place Nov. 2-5 on the uptown campus, centered around the football game Saturday afternoon. Beginning Thursday, there are a number of alumni reunions and family events along with a number of home athletics events – women's and men's basketball doubleheader on Thursday, volleyball on Friday and volleyball and women's
basketball on Sunday.
