Final Results

HOUSTON – No. 13 Tulane Bowling finished in 15^th place in the bracket finale Sunday at the SFA Stormin' Ladyjacks Classic. The Green Wave posted a 4-9 record, 12,510 pin total, and 187.00 pin average in the tournament.

Senior Kierstyn Rush led the Green Wave with a 35^th-place individual finish and a 196.00 five-match pin average, while freshman Isabelle Lee followed in 73^rd with a four-match average of 204.75. Tulane went 2-1 in the bracket competition on Sunday, with wins over No. 12 Monmouth. In the opening match, the Wave won a tiebreak game, 100-95.

Tulane entered Sunday at 15^th after two days of Baker matches and traditional play. In the tournament, the Green Wave posted victories over No. 18 North Carolina A&T, Lincoln Memorial and two over Monmouth.

Tulane's highest score came in the first round of bracket play, when it topped the Hawks, 1,383 to 1,359. In the final round, the Wave was victorious, 1,156 to 1,038.

The Green Wave will be back in action next weekend, Feb 17-19 at the Valparaiso Crusader Classic in Chicago.
