Women's Tennis Cancels Two Matches in Connecticut

NEW ORLEANS - The Tulane women's tennis team's two American Athletic Conference matches in Storrs, Conn., scheduled for this weekend have been cancelled due to a heavy snowfall as a result of the winter storm covering the northeast part of the country.
The Green Wave were scheduled to face Temple on Saturday at 1 p.m. (CT) in a neutral site match, before taking on UConn on Sunday at 10 a.m. Both matches will not be rescheduled before the conclusion of the 2018 spring season.
Tulane returns to action next weekend in Virginia with a Saturday, March 10 match in Norfolk against Virginia Tech at 1 p.m. (CT). The Wave will then take on Old Dominion the following afternoon at 10 a.m.
