Women's Tennis Releases 2018 Fall Schedule
Aug 31, 2018 | Women's Tennis
NEW ORLEANS – Entering her second season at the helm of the program, head coach Maria Brito announced the Tulane women's tennis team's 2018 fall schedule.
The Green Wave will play a minimum of four fall tournaments, not including opportunities to compete at a handful of professional circuit events and the ITA Riviera Women's All-American Championships.
"We're excited to play in at least four really competitive tournaments," Brito said. "Our ladies will get to play against some ranked players from some of the nation's top programs. We will have many opportunities to improve as we get ready for what will be a challenging spring schedule."
Tulane will travel to the ITA Southern Regional which begins Oct. 12 in Oxford Miss., before playing at the Roberta Allison Classic at the University of Alabama (Oct. 26-27). The Wave's final tournaments of the fall will be played at the Kentucky Invitational (Nov. 2-4) in Lexington and the Florida State Invitational (Nov. 9-11) in Tallahassee.
The complete spring schedule will be announced later in the fall.
