2018-19 Tulane Athletics Annual Report
NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane University Athletics Department released its 2018-19 Annual Report on Wednesday

Last year, Tulane Athletics excelled in the classroom, in competition and in the community. The 2018-19 annual report captures the accomplishments of Tulane University student-athletes, coaches and staff.

"This past season was a year everyone who was associated with this institution can be proud of, as our department experienced incredible highs in the classroom, in the community and in competition," Director of Athletics Troy Dannen said. "We owe a debt of gratitude to the 125 athletic department coaches and staff, as well as our student-athletes. As a department, our goals and vision for success are clear and I could not be more excited for what the future holds."

2018-19 Tulane Athletics Highlights
-Tulane posted a department grade point average of 3.127.Â
-Tulane had over 220 student-athletes post a grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the fall and spring semesters combined.
-Green Wave student-athletes posted 5,000-plus hours of community service.
-The Green Wave finished 21st in the NCAA Team Works Competition.
-Five student-athletes captured conference championships.
-Nine Tulane teams earned trips to the postseason.
-Twenty-six Tulane student-athletes were named All-Conference by The American.
-Six Tulane student-athletes earned All-America honors.Â
-Seven Green Wave student-athletes were drafted by professional franchises.
