Mackenzie Clark Cracks ITA National Women's Tennis Singles Rankings

NEW ORLEANS - Tulane women's tennis freshman Mackenzie Clark broke into the ITA's national singles rankings at No. 103 according to the latest poll released Wednesday morning.
Clark becomes the first Tulane women's tennis player to crack the ITA singles rankings since Klara Vyskocilova during the 2014 spring season.
This spring, Clark owns a 2-0 record in dual singles matches, including an impressive 6-2, 4-6, 1-0(9) upset over previously 42nd-ranked Taylor Bridges of LSU on Jan. 31. Including the fall, Clark holds an 8-5 individual mark during her rookie campaign.
The Green Wave are back in action Sunday, February 9 to host Samford. First serve is set for noon at the City Park Tennis Center.
