
Swimming & Diving to Host West Florida, Open Action at Home Saturday

NEW ORLEANS — Tulane swimming and diving (1-4) is set to open action at home this weekend as the team prepares to host West Florida (8-0) in a dual meet on Saturday.
The swimming competition will take place at St. Martin's Episcopal School in Metairie, La. and will begin at 1 p.m. The diving portion of the meet will be held at UNO and will start at 1:45 p.m.
Prior to the start of the swimming meet, Tulane will honor the team's three seniors — Courtney Barker, Kate McDonald and Jeni Griffin.
The swimming meet is closed to the public, but fans are able to stream the event live on YouTube by clicking here.
In the team's last time out against SMU, the Green Wave totaled seven individual first-place finishes.
McDonald moved up to 11 wins this season against the Mustangs after winning the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke events while freshman Danielle Titus also won two events, in the 100- and 200-yard backstroke, to move up to five this season.
