Memphis Grabs a Three-Set Win Over The Wave

NEW ORLEANS โย The Tulane University volleyball team (8-21) dropped to 3-15 in American Athletic Conference play after a 3-0 loss (21-25, 20-25, 24-26) inside Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse.
The Tigers improved to 18-13 overall and 8-10 in conference.
The Green Wave offense hit .129 in the match while the tigers countered with a .164 attack percentage. Middle Blockerย Kayla Kaiserย led the Wave with 10 kills, three digs, and one block hitting .269 overall.
Outside hitter Mackenzie Martinย also got in her fair share of kills with eight and a .158 hitting percentage.

Liberoย Jillian Ditsย carried the defensive duties with 22 digs. Freshman setterย Katherine Crosleyย moved the ball well, tallying 231 assists, four kills, and 12 digs.

The Green Wave dropped the match posting 40 kills, 34 assists, 69 digs, five blocks, and a 44.8% passing rate.
Tulane will return to the court for the final time this season next weekend in Florida.
