Lettsome Finishes Sixth at ICSA Singlehanded Championships

NORFOLK, Va. – Tulane University Sailing junior Thad Lettsome climbed two spots in the final five races to finish sixth out of 18 sailors in ICSA Singlehanded National Championships.
Lettsome finished with a total of 122 through all 14 rotations which placed him sixth overall in the regatta. His total of 122 puts him just 13 points away from a top five finish on the weekend.
Up next, Cameron Giblin, Quinn Keenan, Abigail Borggaard, and Mia Hanes will represent the Green Wave in the 2022 College Sailing Fall Open Match Race National Championship. The quartet of sailors compete in San Diego, California, on Saturday and Sunday.
