
Zimet Completes Beach Volleyball Staff with New Assistant Coach Jo Kremer

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane University Beach Volleyball head coach Eyal Zimet announced the addition of assistant coach Jo Kremer to his staff today.
"I am beyond excited to announce that Jo Kremer is joining our Tulane beach volleyball family as our new Assistant Coach," Zimet said. "Coming to NOLA with high recommendations, Jo brings with her an extraordinary DI competitive beach volleyball experience from one of the best programs in the country. Jo showed the motivation, drive, resilience, sacrifice and commitment as a student-athlete and I strongly believe will make for a great asset to our program, our student-athletes, our recruits and the Tulane community as a whole. Welcome to Tulane and the Green Wave Beach Volleyball family Jo! Roll Wave!"
Kremer joins the Green Wave with experience coaching indoor and beach volleyball at the high school and club levels. She coached both the indoor and beach volleyball teams at Harvard-Westlake High School in Los Angeles, where she led two indoor teams and one beach team to win the Southern California Mission League. During her time at Harvard-Westlake, Kremer also coached multiple beach and indoor club teams.
Most recently, Kremer worked for Better at Beach from 2020-22 in multiple roles including as a coach, customer support lead as well as in operations and logistics. Better at Beach runs beach volleyball is a small company in California that provides beach volleyball classes, camps and clinics for adults.
Prior to joining the starting her coaching career, Kremer was a three-year starter and three-time National Champion with the University of Southern California beach volleyball team. She played for the Women of Troy from 2015-18 helping the team bring home the national title three consecutive seasons in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
