Tulane Parking Information for Saturday, September 17

The Tulane Cancer Center will host the NOLA Bluedoo featuring a two-mile competitive run/walk on Saturday, September 17 at 4 p.m.
Impact on Parking (All Day)
1. 16 spaces on Cowen Circle will be blocked
2. Nine spaces on Law Road behind Tilton Memorial Building will be blocked
Impact on Traffic
Please be aware that traffic and parking on-campus will be impacted during the walk/run, starting at 4 p.m. For the safety of participants, police officers will hold traffic from 4 p.m. to approximately 5 p.m. at the following locations throughout campus:
1. Freret Street at McAlister Plaza
2. Newcomb Place, including in front of the Howard-Tilton Memorial Library
3. Newcomb Circle
4. Willow Street between Newcomb Place and Ben Weiner Drive
5. McAlister Drive
6. Janet Yulman Way
7. Ben Weiner Drive: note that vehicles parked in the Diboll Parking Garage will not be able to exit until the run passes the garage.
During the run police officers will allow traffic to pass when safely possible for all runners. Additionally, some areas of the course will be cleared once all runners pass. Regular traffic flow will resume at approximately 5 p.m.
