Kenosha, Wisconsin– The No. 22 nationally ranked Tulane University bowling team went 1-2 on the final day of the Motiv Ladyjack Classic held at the Sheridan Lanes on Sunday in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The program ended the tournament with an 8-5 overall record and placed eighth at the competition.
The Green Wave started the day with a 4-1 loss to Stephen F. Austin. The individual game scores were 186-157, 201-208, 181-236, 168-206 and 187-194
The team swept their match over Valparaiso 4-0. The individual game scores were 194-187, 193-189, 214-208 and 179-174.
The team lost a tightly contest 4-3 match to Maryville to close out the competition. The team won games five and six to force a decisive seventh game. The individual game scores were 210-200, 190-226, 157-262, 204-218, 201-181, 192-172 and 173-267.
Tulane will next be in action from Jan. 8-10, 2024 with the Stormin' Blue and White Classic in Las Vegas.
