
Tulane Finishes with Three Wins in the ICSA Match Race Championship

CHARLESTON, SC – Tulane University Sailing added another win to its docket as it ended competition in the ICSA Match Race National Championship on Saturday. The Green Wave went 1-3 in the Repechage round to fall short of reaching the quarterfinals of the regatta.
The 1-3 performance on Saturday put the Wave's record at 3-10 overall in the ICSA Match Race Championship on the waters of the Cooper River. Skipper Hamilton Barclay with his crew Zander King, Sammie Gardner, and Mia Hanes finished with two wins over Chicago and one win against Navy.
Up next, Hamilton and Thad Lettsome will represent Tulane in the ISCA Open Singlehanded National Championship while Ava Anderson and Oakley Cunningham will race for the Wave in the Women's Singlehanded Championship. The singlehanded championships will be hosted by Tulane on Lake Pontchartrain next weekend, November 11-12.
