
Three Personal Bests Set by Track & Field on Friday at the Bryan Clay Invitational

Azusa, California – Tulane's outdoor track & field program set three personal bests on the second day of the Bryan Clay Invitational on Friday at Cougar Athletic Stadium in Azusa, California.
Tucker Poshard put his name in the Tulane record book with his run of 14:39.72 in the men's 5000m. He bettered his previous best by 16 seconds. The effort also ranks him ninth in school history.
Abigail Heck ranked 14th in the open 800m with her personal-best 2:11.49
Harper Shaw set a personal best by 31 seconds in finishing with a 17:50.23 in the women's open 5000m.
Janae Dean led the squad in the women's 800m invite with her 2:09.80. Her teammate, Victoria Robinson, finished with a season-best 2:10.42 in the same event.
In the men's 800m open, Zander Dunbar led the club with his run of 1:55.79. Jalen St. Fort finished just behind him with a 1:55.86.
Roman Schrader led the team in men's 800m invite with his 1:53.65.
Next, the Green Wave track and field program continues competing with the third day of the Bryan Clay Invitational starting on Saturday afternoon. The program will also compete in the Strawberry Relays in Hammond, Louisiana.
