2022-23 Track Season: Competed in 12 meets between indoor and outdoor seasons…A 2x All-AAC runner in the 800m (indoor and outdoor)…Won the 800m at the BSC Indoors (2:14.11)…Won the 800m at the Samford Invitational (2:12.53)…Won the preliminaries in the 800m at the AAC Indoor Track and Field Championships…Placed second in the finals of the 800m at the AAC Indoor Track and Field Championships…Finished seventh in the 800m at the Drake Relays (2:13.16)…Placed third in the 800m at AAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (2:08.18).

2022 Cross Country: Ran in four meets for Tulane and earned a career best time in the 4k UNO XC Opener with a time of 14:57.0 (Sept. 2).

Cross Country: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Helped NIU win the MAC team title … Finished 51st at the MAC Championships in 22:45.9 (Nov. 21) … Finished 57th at the Falcon Invitational in 24:04.9 (Nov. 7).
Indoor: Earned Academic All-MAC honors … Helped NIU win the MAC team title … Finished second in the 800 meters at the MAC Championships with a season-best time of 2:12.88 (Feb. 27) … Ran a season-best time of 5:10.00 in the mile at the Lints Alumni Open (Jan. 23).
Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 800 meters at the at the MAC Championship with a season-best time of 2:09.34 (May 8) … Finished 10th in the 800 at the Drake Relays with a time of 2:14.51 (April 22) … Took fifth in the 800 at the EIU Big Blue Classic with a time of 2:18.86 (April 9).
