Women's Tennis Opens Fall Season at Samford Invitational

NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane University women's tennis team opens their fall season at the Samford Invitational hosted by Samford University on Friday in Birmingham, Alabama. This will be the seventh time that the Green Wave has competed in the tournament and the third time under Head Coach Maria Brito.
The three-day invitational will have the Wave facing three teams including host team Samford, as well as Troy and University of Central Arkansas.
Competition will begin all three days at 10am CST for the Olive and Blue with a doubles draw. Tulane will then take on their singles matchups at 1 pm on Friday and Saturday, and 11 am on Sunday.Â
