Tulane Wins Holiday Tournament

NEW ORLEANS — The Tulane women's basketball team (7-4) secured a hard-fought 68-63 victory over ULM (4-7) on Saturday afternoon, claiming the championship of the Tulane Holiday Tournament.
Amira Mabry, the tournament MVP, led the Green Wave with 21 points and 12 rebounds, shooting 9-of-15 from the field. Kendall Sneed contributed 20 points, five assists, and four rebounds, including two three-pointers. Victoria Keenan added nine points and four rebounds, while Sadie Shores provided a boost off the bench with six points and seven rebounds. Tulane dominated the fourth quarter, outscoring ULM 20-10 to secure the victory.
After the holiday break, the Wave will open conference play at Florida Atlantic University on Dec. 29 at 1:00 p.m. CT.
