Women's Tennis Drops to Wichita State

WICHITA, Kan. - Tulane Women's Tennis fell to Wichita State today after fighting for a 3-2 lead late in singles play.

The Wave was off to a slow start in doubles, with the duo of Barber and Clark taking the only doubles match as Tulane dropped the point. After Wichita gained one more point in singles, the Green Wave battled back winning three straight to gain the lead and bring the tally to 3-2. Wichita managed to tie up the match three-all before taking the final match to win it 4-3.

Tulane will be back in action at home on Thursday to take on Alabama, a match rescheduled from February 3rd due to weather.
