
Tulane Announces 2024-25 Conference Schedule

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane University men's basketball unveiled its 2024-25 league schedule on Thursday in conjunction with the American Athletic Conference league office.

The 18-game conference slate will feature five games against teams that played in a postseason tournament last season including a pair of NCAA Tournament participants.
Â
The Green Wave will open AAC play on the road this season with a trip to Charlotte on Tuesday, December 31.
Â
On Saturday, January 4, Tulane will welcome UTSA to Uptown for its home opener in Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse.

The Wave will face one of the two NCAA Tournament teams from last season when it goes back on the road to take on UAB in Birmingham, Alabama, on Tuesday, January 7.

Up next, the Green Wave will host back-to-back games in Uptown against South Florida (Jan. 11) and Florida Atlantic (Jan. 15). The Bulls reached the second round of the NIT a season ago while the Owls made their second straight trip to the NCAA Tournament.

To close the month of January Tulane will hit the road to square off with the Owls, Temple (Jan. 19) and Rice (Jan. 25), before returning home to face the Memphis Tigers on Thursday, January 30.

February will begin with another matchup in Uptown when Tulsa comes to town on Sunday, February 2. Tulane will then make the journey over to Texas for consecutive road games against at UTSA (Feb. 5) and North Texas (Feb. 8).

The Green Wave be back in the friendly confines of Fogelman in Devlin for consecutive home games against Rice (Feb. 15) and East Carolina (Feb. 19).

Tulane will close the regular season with a trio of road contests and a pair of home showdowns. The road matchups include Wichita State (Feb. 23), Tulsa (March 1), and East Carolina (March 6). In Uptown, the Wave will welcome Charlotte on February 26 and close the season against UAB for senior day on Sunday, March 9.

The AAC Tournament returns to Fort Worth, Texas, and will take place at Dickies Arena from March 12-16.
