May 2, 2025 | Men's Basketball
NEW ORLEANS – Tulane University men's basketball has officially added three-star prospect Robert Moore out of Charleston, South Carolina, to its 2025 signing class. Moore was ranked the top prospect out of South Carolina by 247Sports.
Â
"Rob is a phenomenal shooter and very skilled basketball player," Head Coach Ron Hunter said. "His skill will help us tremendously this year."
Â
The 6'6" shooting guard finished his prep career at Legacy Early College where he was listed as the #138 prospect in the country by Rivals and the #31 shooting guard in the nation by 247Sports. The addition of Moore marks back-to-back recruiting classes for the Green Wave with a player ranked in the top 150 nationally joining KJ Greene (#92 – ESPN) from the 2024 class.
Â
During his prep career Moore earned All-Region honors three times and was named All-Lowcountry in South Carolina. He also won the Sniper Award at the 2024 Pangos All-American Camp in Las Vegas. In his debut at the camp, he knocked down five three-pointers on his way to a 23-point performance on 8-of-13 shooting overall.
Â
Moore has proven to be a pure and effective shooter during his high school career. This season during his senior campaign he drained 12 shots from beyond the arc in a single game.
Â
He also sharpened his skills on the court playing for the AAU Upward Stars program on the Adidas Circuit.
