WICHITA, KS – Wichita State's women's tennis team took the doubles point and swept the three completed singles matches to register a 4-0 win over visiting Tulane Sunday morning.

The Shockers captured their seventh straight win to improve to 9-3, while the Green Wave fell to 3-5.

For Tulane, Natalia Fantini and Natalia Perez led 5-3 in their No. 3 doubles match that went unfinished.

At No. 1 singles, Campbell Ricci won the first set against WSU's Xin Tong Wang and led 4-2 in the second when the overall match was clinched.

The Green Wave will play its first-ever match at Goldring Tennis Center on Friday when UTSA visits for a 1 p.m. match.
