Named to the C-USA All-Freshman team. Averaged 33.6 minutes per game over the last 12 games. Played 28 or more minutes in 15 of 16 C-USA games. Hit two game-winning shots on the year. Tallied 15 double-figure scoring games and ranked second on the team in steals (35) and assists (103, 3.68 per game, 11th in C-USA). Netted 13 points with seven assists in 38 minutes of action in the C-USA Tourney against DePaul (3/9). Scored 14 points (all in the second half) with a career-high 10 rebounds for his first career double-double against No. 22 Cincinnati (3/2). Scored seven points with four rebounds while dishing out a career-high 11 assists with just one turnover in the win over Southern Miss (2/9). Scored 13 points against Houston (1/26), including the game-winning jumper with 2.2 seconds to go. Hit the game-winning three-pointer at the buzzer in the overtime win against UAB (1/19) after also hitting a game-tying three-pointer to force the overtime; finished with 14 points in the game. Scored 17 points against Marquette (1/8), including a halftime buzzer-beater from mid-court. Registered a career-high for the second game in a row with 22 points in the comeback win over VMI (12/31). Led the Wave to victory over Alabama State (12/28) with 19 points, including 15 in the second half, as well as five rebounds and five assists. Scored 18 points in the victory over Loyola (12/3).
Prep
Averaged 22.3 points, 5.3 assists, 6.7 rebounds and 2.8 steals per game as a senior and shared Player of the Year honors for his league. A three-time all-league selection as well as a McDonald[apos]s All-America nominee. Led the Dons to a 25-5 record and the state semifinals as a junior in 2003, as well as a 22-5 record and the second round of the state tournament as a senior. Closed his career with 1,381 points, the all-time leading scorer at Santa Barbara High, which has had three players advance to the NBA, including Keith (Jamal) Wilkes. Also the school[apos]s single-season and career three-point record-holder.

Full name is Taylor Campbell Rochestie. Born July 1, 1985 in Houston, Texas. The son of Christina Campbell and Howard Rochestie. Plans to major in communications at Tulane.
