2022-23 Track Season: Won the 800m at the AAC Outdoors with a 2:06.76 to earn All-Conference honors…Competed in 11 meets between indoor and outdoor seasons…Won the 800m at Music City…Competed in the 800m (2:09.53 – 5th) and the 4x400m relay (3:44.32 – 4th) at AAC Indoors.

2022 Cross Country: Raced in two meets for the Green Wave… Ran a career best 16:19.0 4k at the UNO XC Open on Sept. 2.

As a Sophomore (2021-22)
Indoor Track & Field

Competed in five regular season meets including the American Indoor Championships (Feb. 25).
Recorded three personal bests in the 400m (58.68), 600 (1:34.27), and 800m (2:12.20).
Had two podium finishes in the 600m and the 4x400m.

Outdoor Track & Field

Competed in seven regular season meets and the American Outdoor Championships.
Had three podium finishes in the 800m (2) and the 4x400m.
Recorded a personal best in the 800m (2:10.58) at the War Eagle Invitational (Apr. 15)

Before Tulane: Comes to Tulane from Northern Illinois University… competed on the track team in 2020 and 2021 placing in various meets… attended Hoffman Estates High School with all state appearances in 2016-2019… placed in four events at the state meet her junior year… first in program history to earn four medals in one state appearance.

Personal: Born August 5, 2002 to Cynthia Love and Jeff Dean… Has older sisters, Anyae and Andrea… studies exercise science and physical therapy at Tulane… writes songs in her free time.
