AS A SOPHOMORE (2004-05)
OUTDOOR: Notched the top 1,500-meter time of the year for the Wave with a 4:18.50 at the UNO Invitational (3/12). CROSS COUNTRY: Scored in all six races for the Green Wave, finishing second at the UNO Invitational and fourth at the Southern Miss Invitational. Also was the Wave[apos]s second finisher at the Conference USA Championship, notching a personal-best time of 27:06 on the eight-kilometer course.

CROSS COUNTRY: Scored in six of Tulane[apos]s seven meets. Finished fifth at the three-mile Tulane Invitational (9/5) with a time of 15:53.26. Recorded his best eight-kilometer time if 27:21.10 at the Conference USA Championship (11/1).

PREP
Lettered in cross country and track for four years, qualifying for the state cross country championships each year. A three-time all-conference selection and the league champion as a senior. Part of a 48-meet cross country winning streak for the Tigers. Placed seventh at the state championships in the indoor two-mile run, while finishing ninth in the New England Championships in the two-mile run. As a junior, his mile relay team posted a state record of 18:08. Also earned all-scholastic honors as a junior and senior.
