2024 Cross Country: Competed in five meets for Tulane…Ran a 6k personal best of 21:40.3 at the Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invite…Was a part of the Tulane women’s team that placed second at the 2024 American Athletic Conference Championships.

2022 Cross Country: Ran in five meets for Tulane and placed in the top 20 at the UNO XC Opener with a time of 14:21.0 (Sept. 2).

Before Tulane: Was a five-year letter winner in track for Curtis Otstot at Louisville Collegiate School…Also lettered for five years in cross country with Wren Connor, three years in field hockey for Miranda Shelter as a midfielder and a year as a diver…In Cross Country, was All-State 5x, Served as the team captain in each of her final three season and is the school record holder in the 5k…In Track was 4x All-State and was the State Champion in the mile in 2021 and 2022, the State Champion in the 800m in 2021 and 2022, served as the team captain in 2021 and 2022…Is the school record holder in the 800m, 1600m and the 3200m…Also was part of the school record 4x400m and the 4x800m relay teams…Was the Dream Mile Runner-up and it was her first lifetime under 5:00 minute mile…Worked as a Counselor at the Smokey Mountain Running Camp…Was the Pep Club Captain all four years and served as the team mascot as a senior

Personal: Daughter of Shannon Ragland and Denise Miller Ragland…Has a younger sister, Sydney…Enjoys reading, traveling and looking at art…Plans to attend law school and pursue a career in that field while also traveling to as many places as possible.
