HIGH SCHOOL: A two-year letterman at Norcross High where he played defensive end and offensive guard for coach Keith Maloof... rated No. 115 defensive end in the nation by ESPN.com[apos]s RecruitTracker... named first-team all-Gwinnett County and to the Atlanta Journal Constitution and Gwinnett Daily Post honors both seasons and helped the Blue Devils go 19-5 overall... the 2006 team was the only team among Georgia 5A teams to go undefeated during the regular season (10-0), set a school record for wins (12) and advanced to the third-round of the state playoffs... as a senior, posted 101 tackles, including 37 tackles for loss, a school-record 18 sacks, two forced fumbles and a blocked field goal en route to earning first-team all-region honors and a spot on the Atlanta Journal Constitution Super 11-Part II... named second-team all-region as a junior after tallying 99 tackles, including 22 for loss, a team-leading 11 sacks, and three forced fumbles... also lettered in track and field and wrestling.
PERSONAL: Undecided on a major... born Brooks Allen Cunningham on December 10, 1988, in Newnan, Ga.... the son of Mark Cunningham and Mary Cunningham... his cousin, Brent Cunningham, played football at Georgia Tech... a two-time member of the Conference USA Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll and the Tulane 3.0 Club.
