2000: Saw action in seven games at both tackle and guard and started the final four games of the season at right guard. Graded out at 83 percent for 610 plays during the year. One of just six players to see extensive playing time on the offensive line.
1999: Played in nine games, earned one start vs. Houston.
1998: Played in all 12 games as a reserve lineman and special teams player.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 1997 graduate of Destrehan High School in Destrehan, La. A Class 5A all-state selection as a senior. Also named to The Times-Picayune all-metro team. A two-time all-area and all-district selection who was selected to the coaches all-state team as a junior. Recognized as the top blocker for Destrehan offense that rushed for nearly 3,000 yards in 1997. A member of The Times-Picayune Blue Chip List, as well as a Max Emfinger All-American. A three-year starter who helped his team to consecutive district championships. Also a member of the track team and an honor roll student. Coached by Scott Martin.
