1999: Saw action in nine games. Rushed 42 times for 138 yards to rank fifth on the team and caught 10 passes for 63 yards. Tallied 41 yards on seven carries and had three catches for 20 yards against UL-Lafayette (10/16). Notched a career-high 16 carries (for 36 yards) against Houston (11/6).
1998: As a true freshman, saw action in five games, rushing for 98 yards on 22 carries. Gained a season-high 82 yards on 14 carries against Southwestern Louisiana. Had a season-long rush of 14 yards against USL.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 1998 graduate of Eastside High School in Gainesville, Fla.. A Class 4A all-state selection as a senior, when he rushed for 1,749 yards and 18 touchdowns. Also was an all-area selection and a two-time area player of the week. Led area in scoring as a junior and as a senior. Rushed for 1,003 yards as a junior. Coached by Bob Wendt. Also considered Central Florida, Illinois and SMU.
