About Erika Chelales
Prep: A four-year letterwinner in track and field and a four-year letterwinner in cross country at North Central High School in Indianapolis, Indiana...competed in the 800, 1,600 and 3,200 meter races during the track and field season and the 5K during the cross country season...helped lead the Panthers to the Indiana State Championships during her senior year...posted a personal-best time of 2:22 in the 800 meters during the Indiana State Championships in June 2014, while also notching a personal-best time of 5:17 in the 1,600 meters during her senior year...earned the Renaissance Lady Award for Cross Country during her senior season from er school.
Personal: Has one older sister, and one younger brother.
