High School: Played point guard at Little Elm High School… During her junior year, she averaged 14.7 points, 2.4 steals, and 2.0 assists per game, leading her team to a 28-8 record and a second consecutive Class 6A Regional Final appearance… Scored over 1,300 career points and ranked among the top players in the state by Jr. All-Star Girls Basketball and other scouting services… Off the court, Kimpson excelled academically as a member of the Mavs Leadership Council, the National Honor Society, and the top 8% of her class.

Personal: Daughter of Ogechi and Clif Kimpson and has three siblings, including her older sister, Amarachi, a collegiate basketball player… Plans to major in chemistry with career aspirations to become an oncologist.
