Indoor Track & Field
- Came in 20th in the weight throw at the AAC Championship (2/23) with a distance of 14.13 meters (46-4.25)
- Had a personal-best throw of 15.07 meters (49-5.5) at the LSU Twilight Meet (2/16) for a ninth-place finish
- Threw the hammer at one meet for the Green Wave in 2018, reaching a distance of 45.81 meters (150-3) for an eighth-place finish at the Tulane Early Bird Invitational (3/2)
As a junior (2016-17)
Indoor Track & Field
- Threw the weight in two meets for Tulane during the indoor season
- Recorded a season-best throw of 13.48 meters (44-2.75) at the Samford Friday Invite (2/10)

About Nicole Kauffman
Prep: A four-time letterwinner in track and field at Fort Morgan High School in Fort Morgan, Colorado...competed in the discus, the shot put, the javelin, the hammer throw and the 4 x 100 meter relay...earned the 2013 Colorado 7 (4A) Conference Championship in the discus throw with a toss of 36.57 meters (120-0) that also broke the Fort Morgan High School discus record...helped lead the Mustangs to the CO-7 League Championship...qualified for the state meet in the discus during the 2013 season, placing 11th...earned 2013 all-conference first team honors...competed at the USATF Colorado Jr. Olympic Meet in 2013...also earned three letters in volleyball, while earning 2013 all-conference honorable mention honors...for her work in the classroom, was named to the Colorado Academic All-State First Team for both volleyball and track and field.
