Personal: Is the daughter of Judd and Julie Rachow … Father, Judd, is the Athletic Director at Otay Ranch High School in Chula Vista and was a tight end at San Diego State, while Julie played basketball at the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown … Zoe has a one older brother, Zak … Plans to study sport psychology.
