Wallace Departs Women's Basketball Staff

NEW ORLEANS, La. - Tulane women's basketball coach Amy Wallace has resigned her position on the Green Wave coaching staff, head coach Lisa Stockton announced Thursday.
Wallace is leaving the Green Wave to pursue outside interests and opportunities away from basketball.
Wallace has spent the past two seasons with the Green Wave, helping Tulane compile a record of 45-13 (.775) during that span. In addition, the Wave won the 1999 Conference USA regular season title and the C-USA Tournament crown.
"We're sorry to see Amy leave, but we certainly wish her the best," Stockton said. "She added greatly to our team during the two years she was here and was a tremendous asset to the program."
A search to find Wallace's replacement has begun.
