NEW ORLEANS, La. - The Tulane (14-11) volleyball was swept by cross town rival New Orleans (16-11) 3-0 on Tuesday evening. The game scores were 15-12, 15-11 and 15-13.
Despite taking an early lead in all three of the matches, the Green Wave dropped it first match in five meetings with the Privateers.
Leading the Wave was Kim Sentmore with 16 kills and 14 digs. Erin Dobyanski tallied 13kills. Ashley Reese recorded a team high 15 digs. Lauren Jones-McClain posted 11 digs.
Tulane hosts Houston on Friday, Nov. 3, and South Florida on Saturday, Nov. 4. Both matches will be played in Fogelman Arena and are set to begin at 7:00 p.m.
