NEW ORLEANS, La. - In its final tune-up before the Conference USA Championships, the Tulane University track and field team was in action on Saturday at the Ole Miss Invitational held at the Ole Miss Track and Field Complex.
All of the events were affected by bad weather while the majority of the field events were cancelled due to the rain-soaked conditions.

Tulane had three top finishers in the 1,500-meter run as junior Sarah Bumby posted a personal best of 4:59.98 in the event. Carlyne Pradieu (4:42.06) and Birka Wicke (4:51.78) were the Wave's top finishers in the 1,500.
