TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Adam Bernstein fell in the finals of the Stabler flight as the Tulane Green Wave men's tennis team completed competition at the Alabama Crimson Tide Invitational concluded Sunday at Alabama Tennis Stadium.
Bernstein's run through the Stabler flight came to an end in the finals as Alabama's Michael Thompson pulled out a 4-6, 7-5, 6-1 victory over the Tulane freshman. Bernstein, who picked up three wins en route to the finals, owns a team best 7-4 singles record for the Green Wave.
In doubles play, Bernstein and fellow freshman Coby Kramer-Golinkoff fell in the semifinals of the White draw to Alabama's tandem of Creighton Blanchard and Michael Davis by a score of 8-2.
Tulane concludes its fall season, and will open spring competition in January when the Green Wave will host Troy on January 30 at Goldring Tennis Center.
