I chose Tulane because...
What's not to love? It's a great school academically and the culture surrounding the school is one of a kind.
The best part about playing volleyball at Tulane is...
The respect we get from the people who know us, and also from the people that don't. Anytime someone finds out that I am a student-athlete at Tulane their eyes light up because they have heard good things about the school and our programs.
My goal(s) for this season is...
My goal this season is to prove to everyone how talented we are, win conference, and to advance to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA tournament.
Do you have any pregame rituals/superstitions?
Before the game I like to zone out for a few minutes while I listen to music. I say a prayer and visualize the game as a success. As a team we all like to get fired up in the locker room while we blare music and get ready to go out on the court.
When you're not playing volleyball, what do you like to do for fun?
I would catch up on all of my favorite shows, dance, swim, shop, and go to the movies with my friends. When my parents are in town I like to go out to dinner with them and catch up with them.

Miss dancing. Before I started playing volleyball I was a dancer and a piano player. Tap, Jazz and Hip-Hop are my favorite. Dancing and playing the piano really sparked my love for music at a young age and I have been hooked ever since.

What is your favorite food? Favorite Game Day Meal?
I LOVE Mexican food, enchiladas are my favorite! My favorite game day meal is grilled chicken, salad, and fruit.
Who was your idol growing up?
Oprah was my idol growing up. She has such an amazing story and really inspired me when I was young. She came from practically nothing and built an empire.
Do you have any phobias?
Anything that slithers, crawls, bites, or looks scary. Such as spiders, snakes, bugs, or insects.
What is your hidden talent?
I can parallel park, surprisingly! Thanks to my dad. (Go Pop!)
What is your favorite animal?
For some odd reason, I always wanted to see the hippos at the zoo.
Why did the chicken cross the road?
Because the light turned green
What is your favorite thing about New Orleans?
The culture. New Orleans is so unique in many ways, there's no other place in the world like it.
If you were going to be stranded on an island and could have 3 things with you, what 3 items would you take with you?
A really good mattress , lots of food and my Laptop

I would love to run and own my own sports bar.
What's your favorite volleyball memory?
Making it to the Junior Olympics. We were in the final game to determine if we would make it to JO's my 16's year and we were down in the 3rd game, 13-9, and we came back to win, 15-17. It was one of the most exciting games I've ever played.
What and Where was your first job?
I worked at Pizza Hut. I answered phones and worked as a cashier.
What's your favorite guilty pleasure?
Whataburger's breakfast Taquitos.
